We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as the only payment method for shipping. Your order will be shipped after it is confirmed, and payment will be made directly to the delivery driver upon receipt of your order.

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after the order is placed. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and is ready for shipment.

  • Delivery Time: Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Generally, orders are delivered within 3-7 business days from the shipment date. Remote areas or locations with high demand may experience slightly longer delivery times.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping: The shipping cost will be calculated during checkout based on the delivery location and size of the order. Any additional charges will be displayed before completing the purchase.

  • Free Shipping: In some cases, we may offer free shipping promotions. This will be clearly stated on our website or during checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email (if applicable) so you can track your order’s status. Please note that not all regions offer full tracking capabilities, but we will keep you updated as much as possible.

5. Delivery Delays

While we aim to meet the estimated delivery times, certain factors such as weather conditions, holidays, and shipping carrier delays may cause delays in the delivery of your order. Nathan Neural is not responsible for delays caused by external factors once the package is with the delivery carrier.

6. Failed Deliveries

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the delivery driver may attempt to contact you to reschedule the delivery. If the delivery fails multiple times, your order may be returned to us, and additional shipping fees may apply for redelivery.

7. International Shipping

Currently, Nathan Neural only offers domestic shipping. We do not currently ship internationally.
