Eligibility for Returns: Returns are only accepted if the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to initiate the return process.
Conditions for Returns: To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Any product that is returned outside of the specified time frame or is used may not be eligible for a return.

Refund Eligibility: Refunds will only be issued if the product is deemed defective or damaged upon arrival. You must contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery to request a refund. Please provide proof of the damage or defect (e.g., photographs).
Processing Time: Once we receive the returned product and confirm its condition, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase (Cash on Delivery payments will not require a refund to a bank account, as payment is made directly to the delivery driver).
Shipping Fees: Shipping charges for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., sending the wrong or damaged product).
